About Blair | She/her

Blair is a holistically oriented therapist who blends her clinical background with her love of spirituality. She has worked extensively with family systems and addiction, and recently completed a year-long training with Dr. Gabor Mate studying his psychotherapeutic approach called Compassionate Inquiry. Message to clients

Despite being the self-aware, highly-functioning, and intelligent human that you are, you find yourself often questioning your worth, comparing yourself to others, and thinking “there must be more to life.” You miss that spark of aliveness you once felt inside of yourself, the part of you that feels excited to be here, energized by a sense of purpose, and hopeful for the future. While it has become normalized in our society to simply go through the motions, wake up feeling anxious or depressed, and accept “this is just the way things are”, I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be that way. You deserve to feel excited about your life, worthy of love and happiness, and confident in your skin. I wholeheartedly believe that you have an innate capacity to grow, heal, and thrive, and that you wouldn’t be here if you didn’t believe that too. Our task is to discover what is getting in the way of this process and why. I can teach you how to access true inner harmony, release the self-judgment and soften the inner-critic, create a cohesive map of your whole life story, and feel GOOD about yourself and your life. Through this process, we will liberate that spark of vitality and aliveness and you will walk away feeling confident, free, and capable of showing up as the best version of yourself.

Peer review

Blair is a brilliant, warm-hearted, and highly skilled therapist who I trust to make significant impact with anyone she works with because of her genuine presence. Her ability to create a safe healing space for growth and change comes from the fact that she does her own inner work and truly lives the lifestyle of embodying physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
