Message to clients

Hi! I am passionate about working with teens and adults looking to heal from trauma, ptsd, and complex-ptsd, anxiety and burn out, codependency, people pleasing, perfectionism, or those interested in shifting their relationship with alcohol. If you have difficulties with regulating emotions, anxiety/worst case thinking, past trauma thats impacting you now, putting other peoples needs above your own, a loud inner critic, trouble with boundary setting, & shame/guilt - I am here to support! I love to empower and challenge my clients to achieve their best, heal from past trauma, and develop healthier ways to cope with emotions and challenges. I believe in working collaboratively to help you become a more confident and authentic version of you, empowering you to prioritize your own needs. I believe it's about finding a combination of developing insight into how your past impacts present patterns, while also focusing on the here and now and taking action toward positive change. I take a trauma-informed, holistic, somatic, compassionate, & relational approach as a therapist. My main priority will always be developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship between us. Then I am happy to integrate modalities like EMDR, somatic exercises, mindful self compassion, DBT skills, or work on shifting thinking patterns. We will look at your whole self including your mental & emotional health, physical health, social health, professional health, and spiritual if you are open.
