Message to clients

You are feeling anxious and generally overwhelmed by life. On the outside you "have it all together", but on the inside you are struggling with standards of perfectionism that keep you from ever being happy. You are constantly questioning yourself and your ability to make decisions and handle life's stressors. You are exhausted and sick of "the noise" that is your thoughts. You want to be able to ENJOY your life without being consumed by overthinking. You're ready for a change, and I can help! If you're ready to put yourself first and focus on your mental health and wellness, I would love to help you do this! I have an empathetic and direct approach and will give you actual feedback and tools that you can use to feel like your BEST self! I offer in person and virtual sessions and want to make therapy as convenient and practical for you as possible- you have enough stressors in life, therapy does not have to be one of them! If you are ready to prioritize yourself, quiet the "noise," and improve your overall quality of life then please contact me to schedule your first appointment!

Peer review

I have worked with Amanda in two different jobs roles (treatment center and in private practice) for over 5 years. Her ability for empathy and professionalism towards those she works with is evident. I have learned a lot from her as a colleague and feel as though her presence with clients can be so impactful. She is a great colleague and great therapist as well. You are in good hands working with Amanda
