Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist with years of experience treating anxiety, depression, OCD, life transitions, and more. While she works with many different diagnoses, Amanda specializes in anxiety and is passionate about helping her clients manage anxiety, stress, and overwhelm through evidence-based treatments. She loves teaching her clients practical skills and tools that allow them to feel confident managing emotions outside of the therapy office! Amanda brings a warm, passionate, and FUN approach to therapy and genuinely wants to clients work towards their goals.
