Message to clients

I am compassionate, creative, and committed to curating a safe and supportive environment in which clients can reflect, discover, heal, and transform. I work with adult individuals, and adolescents (16+), who are committed to the process of forging a rich, authentic, and meaningful life through curiosity, reflection, and practice. I hold professional and personal experience within the LGBTQ+ community, and specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety and depression. I also provide support for those at the intersection of transition, individuals experiencing grief and loss, those healing from trauma, and those overwhelmed by feelings of burnout.
