Ashley is a licensed therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through life's most challenging moments. Specializing in depression, trauma, pet loss grief, and navigating societal turbulence, she has developed a versatile approach to therapy that caters to a diverse range of emotional and psychological needs. Ashley's primary therapeutic methods include psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and existential therapies. These varied approaches allow her to tailor her therapy to each client's unique situation, fostering a supportive environment where healing and growth can flourish. In her work, Ashley emphasizes three major themes: authenticity, acceptance, and choice. She believes that embracing one's true self, acknowledging life's realities, and recognizing the power of personal choice are crucial steps toward overcoming adversity and achieving lasting well-being. Driven by a sole motivation to assist her clients in transitioning from a place of struggle to one of clarity and fulfillment, Ashley's practice is a testament to her commitment to mental health and emotional resilience. Her compassionate and insightful guidance has empowered individuals to navigate their inner turmoil and emerge stronger and more self-assured. Her approach addresses immediate concerns and equips clients with the tools and perspectives needed for long-term well-being.
Are you struggling with depression, the aftermath of trauma, indescribable sadness from the loss of your pet, or feeling overwhelmed by societal turbulence? My passion is helping people aged 15 and older navigate these and other everyday challenges. Many of my clients feel hopeless about their future and stuck in a place of unease, often feeling invalidated without other people in their life who know how to help them. Together, we will explore the depth and root of your struggles, challenge self-limiting beliefs, develop healthy thought patterns, and use authenticity to build a foundation for positive change. I promise you empathy, validation, and empowerment. Our work will be guided by the power of human connection, and my commitment to creating a uniquely comfortable and relatable space for you. I draw on my human and behavior-oriented education to ensure tailored, holistic treatment. By weaving in perspective and insight from my own personal adversities, our work is enriched with real-world application. My sole motivation is to help you move from a place of struggle to one of clarity and fulfillment. I offer individual in-person and virtual sessions from central Denver and accept Cigna, United, Colorado Access Medicaid, and private pay at $135. I'm happy to provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out for a free 15-minute consultation to see if we may be a good fit!

Ashley is an exceptional social worker who displays dedication and genuine empathy, creating a safe space for clients to navigate their emotions and circumstances. Her ability to listen deeply, offer insightful guidance, and empower clients to find their own strengths sets her apart in the field.
I enjoy supervising Ashley because I believe she is a gifted clinician who is insightful and trauma informed with clients. Ashley focuses on working with diverse populations using trauma-informed approaches to work with survivors of trauma and trauma-specific interventions, such as EMDR, to help people process trauma so they can thrive in this world. I like how Ashley can be direct with clients in a non-threatening manner to maintain therapeutic and emotional safety.
