Message to clients

Relationships can be hard. Whether romantic, platonic, or familial, relationships can sometimes be a source of stress, anxiety and pain. Maybe your relationship just ended and you’re going through the throes of heartbreak. Or maybe you and your partner have been constantly arguing and you’re questioning the relationship. You could be realizing that the fallout you had with a friend is affecting you more than you thought it would. Or maybe you’re feeling lonely and you want more meaningful connections but social anxiety and lack of confidence are holding you back. If any of this resonates with you, you’re in the right place. I am a Registered Social Worker specializing in working with individuals who are struggling with relationships. I am committed to helping you feel secure, calm, and confident in your relationships with romantic partners, family members, and friends. If you’re ready to have the thriving relationships that you deserve, reach out to find out more about working together. I provide a free, no-commitment 15 minute Meet & Greet call for you to determine if I’m the right fit for you and your therapy needs.
