Message to clients

Some days are so overwhelming it feels like you’re barely keeping it together. Balancing it all—work, family, and relationships—just feels too much. You keep telling yourself it shouldn’t be this hard. Life changes have only made things harder. You could be returning to work after maternity leave, starting a new job, or your kids are going to a new school—these transitions bring a whole new level of stress. If you are feeling overwhelmed by it all or stuck in a cycle of rumination and doubt, anxiety therapy could be the right fit for you. Perhaps you are having a hard time getting your child to listen to you or struggling to know how to respond to tantrums. You just want to help your child through all the difficult moments without becoming trapped in unhelpful cycles of punishment or consequences. Feeling increased connection to your child doesn’t have to come at the expense of sacrificing your boundaries and role as a parent! If you want to better understand your child’s unique needs and develop patience as a parent, parent coaching can help. Whatever brought you here—guidance as a parent, seeking support for your child, or struggling to find relief from your own challenges, you’ve come to the right place. I specialize in anxiety, OCD, and parenting. I'm here to help you find relief. I believe in understanding who you are beyond just your challenges. We'll dig deep together to bring about genuine, lasting change so you can fully embrace your potential and find happiness.
