Brittany specializes in perinatal mental health and trauma. With a background of working in labor and delivery, she understands the emotional and physical challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and reproductive experiences. As a certified perinatal mental health professional (PMH-C), she supports clients facing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, OCD, birth trauma, miscarriage, and loss. Message to clients

Bringing a new baby home can feel overwhelming—you’re exhausted, unsure how to ask for help, feeling guilty for not enjoying every moment, and convinced you’re failing. Maybe scary thoughts or anxiety about the baby are making it even harder to enjoy this “special time.” You feel so alone, even though you’re surrounded by people who want to help. You don’t have to navigate this alone. As a therapist specializing in perinatal mental health—and a mother who’s been there—I understand how challenging this season can be. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can process your emotions, find tools that truly help, and start feeling like yourself again. You deserve support, even if you don’t know how to ask for it, and I’m here to help.
