Message to clients
Being a human is exhausting, especially when you’re navigating relationships, work stress, trauma, parenting, infertility, perinatal challenges or simply existing within systems like capitalism and patriarchy. I work with adults, teens and LGBTQIA+ folks who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out or disconnected from themselves and their lives. Many are carrying grief or emotional exhaustion and want therapy that feels validating and supportive. They’re seeking space to slow down, feel seen and make sense of their experiences in a way that honors their identity, values and lived reality. I know from personal experience what it’s like to hold grief, hope and complicated emotions at the same time. I’ll meet you where you are, holding space for the messy, tender and often unspoken parts of your story. If you’re looking for therapy that feels human, affirming and supportive, I invite you to reach out when you’re ready.
