About
Cameron didn't start out as a therapist. His first degree was in engineering, where he learned to work through mechanical systems, think critically, and look for what's underneath the surface. But over time, he found more interest and meaning in people than in numbers-especially in the ways people can lose touch with themselves. That shift led him back to school, where he earned his Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Now a licensed therapist in Colorado, Cameron's approach isn't centered around fixing you or forcing you to follow a defined script; it's defined as human, blunt, and grounded in the idea that therapy is a tool for people to become a stronger version of themselves. His specializations include men's health, grief, trauma, and relationships. Cameron believes people aren't broken; they're just not using the tools they do have in the best way possible. His approach is about helping you realize what's actually going on at the root of the issue, pushing you to repurpose those "unwanted" parts of yourself into a means for growth and change. He believes his clients already have the ability to become the people they want to be; sometimes, they just need a little support in figuring out the best way to use those abilities. Cameron brings a mix of structure and human experience to his work, shaped by his technical background, clinical training, and personal experiences growing up. Clients often appreciate that he doesn't overcomplicate things or hide behind professional language. He shows up as himself - steady, curious, and willing to sit in the muck with you.

If you're routinely the one holding it all together for everyone else, sacrificing for the sake of others, this is for you. Many of the people I work with are really good at carrying the bulk of the weight - responsibility, pressure, expectations. When it comes to finding a second to stop and take a breath, though, they don't really have anywhere to put all that weight; they don't really have a way of getting out from underneath it all. Maybe you went through some stuff earlier in life that you don't talk about much. Maybe you've just gotten used to pushing through, figuring it out on your own, and not asking for help. I see you, and your struggle doesn't go unappreciated. What I offer is a space where you can be real and raw for a minute-without having to perform or have it all make sense right away. We'll slow things down, take a breath, and start making sense of it in a way that feels honest and useful. I work a lot with men's issues, grief, trauma, and relationships. That means we're usually talking about things like anger, numbness, isolation, or just feeling stuck in your career and in life. If you're tired of carrying it all on your own, we can find a solution; you don't have to keep doing it the same way it's always been done.
