I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been carrying so much on your own. You may look like you have it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to keep pushing through alone. I work with women who are navigating life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and the weight of old wounds that still echo in the present. Together, we’ll slow down and create space for you to breathe, notice, and reconnect with what you truly need. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices like DBT and CBT, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is more than problem-solving—it’s about building self-trust, compassion, and resilience. My role is to walk alongside you as you uncover your strength and begin to live more fully, with greater confidence and clarity. If you’re ready to invest in yourself, to heal and grow in a space that’s supportive and nonjudgmental, I’d love to help you get started.
