At the heart of Cindy's therapeutic philosophy is the belief that peace and strength lie from within each individual. However, life’s challenges can often obscure this inner truth, leading to feelings of anxiety, depression, hopelessness, and disconnection. Cindy is committed to supporting her clients' well-being by creating a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental, and collaborative space where clients can set their own therapeutic goals. Cindy's work is particularly attuned to individuals navigating identity exploration and challenges, family of origin, cultural identity and immigration, 1-1.5 generation immigrants, eldest adult children to immigrant parents, perfectionist and high achievers, new parenthood, life transitions, and trauma, i.e. childhood trauma, racial trauma, and intergenerational trauma. She approaches each client with compassion, warmth, and a genuine desire to listen, meeting them where they are in their journey. By providing psycho-education and resources, she empowers clients to find balance, resilience, and peace in their lives. Cindy’s approach is culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and integrated meeting her clients where they are at. She works with clients as young as 3 years old through adulthood.
Hi there! First of all, congratulations for taking the courageous step toward healing. Reaching out for support is never easy, so I truly admire your strength in making that choice. You’re already halfway there! My goal is to be the person who helps uplift and guide you toward living the life you truly desire. Therapy is a personal journey, and we can move at a pace that feels right for you—whether that’s taking time to process your thoughts and emotions, exploring patterns that no longer serve you, or understanding the experiences that have brought you to this point. At my core, I believe that everything you need to heal and thrive is already within you. Sometimes, life’s challenges can obscure that inner strength, and I’m here to help you reconnect with it. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space where you can rediscover your strengths, identify any barriers, and align more fully with your values and purpose. You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone—I’m honored to walk beside you on this journey. Schedule a free 30 minute consultation to determine fit. I look forward to connecting with you soon! ♥ Cindy
