Message to clients

If you're looking for a therapist to encourage you to take deep breaths then you're in the wrong place. I often work with perceptive individuals, nostalgic souls, inquisitive minds, and growth-thirsty individuals looking for a therapist who can truly understand them. A blend of empathy, genuineness, and directness, I pride myself on cultivating a therapeutic relationship that is honest, transparent, compassionate, and humorous. Through depth-oriented processing, our therapy will allow you the time and space to reflect on large life questions, personal values and beliefs, who you are in relationships, and how you can live a life that is sincere and satisfying.
