Dave Ursillo, Jr. (he/him/his) is a Master of Arts in Holistic Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) in Connecticut who believes that equitable, ethical, remarkable care is the starting point, not the end goal, of all therapeutic relationships. As a former politico turned writer, life coach, business owner and yoga teacher, Dave carries more than 15 years of experience in supporting the well-being, personal growth, and self-realization of thousands of former clients and students. Today, as a psychotherapist, Dave builds powerful therapeutic alliances with clients to support their holistic wellness, autonomy, and liberation.
I'm passionate about helping my clients discover, speak, and live the stories they want to be telling. You are the author of your life's story. And, I believe you deserve to live the story of your life in ways that make you feel free, safe, and unapologetically you. A strong therapeutic relationship is capable of helping you guide and support the life that you want to be living. As your counselor, I'll do everything in my power to help you live the life that you deserve to be living: in alignment with your personal and cultural definitions of wellness.
