Drawing from an integrative theoretical stance, and mind-body approach to wellbeing, my therapeutic lens is geared to assist you in building self-awareness, regulating your nervous system, and processing emotional pain so you can improve the quality of your life!
Some areas I enjoy working with in particular are life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, stress management, self worth, and identity. However, if your needs fall outside that range of topics, I would be more than happy to support you!
