Message to clients

Do you wish life would slow down so you can take a breath? Stuff has been piling up and now your relationships are strained, your social life isn't what you want, and you don’t even really know who you are. However things got to this point, you know you want life to be different and can't wait anymore. Life isn't supposed to be this hard, yet it has been. I'm listening and can help make sense of the messy, confusing parts of life. Many of my clients are hesitant to start therapy or have had trouble connecting with other therapists. I get it! Let's be real, vulnerability is scary as hell. People come to me looking to connect with a fellow human whose been there because effective therapy is a place where you feel wholly seen & genuinely valued. I hold such gratitude to offer a space that feels safe & open to allow those I work with to freely explore themselves. I deeply value the relationship between a person & their therapist and prioritize nurturing this connection to make our work together the most meaningful for you. I joke with my clients: at the end of the day, I’m here to work myself out of a job. Together, we'll collaborate in achieving what you envision for your life and create lasting change by cultivating healthy habits, gaining tools to navigate life's changes, identifying unhelpful patterns, & discovering or reconnecting with your truest self.
