Are you looking for help to better cope and heal from trauma, betrayal, and the impact of addiction in your life? I have years of experience helping people begin to feel like themselves again and build healthy satisfying relationships. People who know me well say that I am open, non-judgmental, and charismatic. I love hearing peoples stories and helping them make meaning and purpose from their life experiences. From my perspective, therapy works best when my clients are willing to grow, get a bit uncomfortable, and commit themselves to the process. In my work with clients, I provide a safe, therapeutic space to dive deeper while also offering you feedback so that you really get something from our sessions together. My goal is for clients to start feeling better faster and help equip you with the tools to thrive on your own. If you are curious what therapy with me could look like, reach out for a free consultation.
