Emily is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master's of Psychology from Adler Graduate School. She has additional training in multi-modality intervention, trauma-informed movement, presence-psychotherapy, and nature-based psychotherapy. Emily specializes in helping people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s navigate anxiety, nervous system burnout, life changes related to grief and loss, identity, relationships, and more. She sees clients in person in Hamilton and virtually across Ontario.
