Message to clients

Hello, and welcome. Looking for therapy is often hard work. Trying to find a good therapist can feel overwhelming, hopeless, or dreadful. If you are reading this, you or someone close to you is probably hurting. I can help. I wonder what’s coming up for you now as you read this. Are you skimming this or going through it with a fine-toothed comb? What physical sensations are in your body? What stories, thoughts, ideas, fantasies, longings, desires, and questions are coming up for you? What emotions are you feeling? You are not bad or broken. You are not alone. And with help, you can feel better. Together, we will work to make space for you to fully experience all your emotions, practice putting your thoughts and feelings into words, and provide you with opportunities to address underlying patterns. Through this work, my hope for you is that you experience a more meaningful connection with yourself, with the people in your life, and with the world around you. Life is hard. Sometimes brutally hard. Let's see what we can do together to work on what matters most to you. Give me a call to see what our chemistry is like.
