About Gabrielle | She/her

Gabrielle Theobald-Anderson is a therapist (LCSW) practicing in California and specializing in infertility, perinatal and postpartum, anxiety, depression, parenting consultation and educational consultation. She works with many new (and not new) parents and those on the journey to parenthood to help build their village and bring more intentionality, ease, and joy on that journey. She is a deeply relational and practical therapist, enthusiastic about collaborating with clients to explore practical coping strategies while also fostering a sense of self-compassion and helping to reignite joy in their lives and relationships.

Message to clients

When life feels unpredictable, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, lost, or like you’ve somehow drifted from the version of yourself you used to know. Maybe parenthood isn’t what you expected, postpartum feels heavier than you imagined, or fertility challenges are weighing on you. Maybe life has just thrown you a curveball, and you're struggling to find your footing. You’re not alone. We all have moments when everything feels too much. But you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to help you navigate the messy, complicated emotions that come with these transitions—so you can move toward more joy, balance, and ease. Therapy isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken). It’s about giving you a space to breathe, process, and find the tools that actually help. Together, we’ll uncover your resilience and create a path forward that feels right for you. You don’t have to do this alone. I’d love to support you.
