As a woman of color, Hailey is especially dedicated to supporting individuals & families who come from marginalized communities. She carries a personal understanding of the complexities and expectations often found in family systems as well as the daily challenges of living as a person of color in the US. As an LMFTA, Hailey is passionate about collaborating with clients who are processing life changes, familial issues, racial identity or trauma, and generational trauma. She prioritizes recognizing clients’ strengths and integrates a holistic personable approach. Hailey has an extensive background in community engagement and working with children, adolescents, and families. Additionally, Hailey utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed, Multicultural Therapy, Compassion Focused, and Culturally Sensitive Approach. She is accepting new clients ages 12+ and specializes in treating Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, Pregnancy & Perinatal populations, OCD, and more!

I understand that therapy can be a challenging and fulfilling experience that caters to each person’s needs. Knowing that there may be a variety of influences and obstacles you are navigating, it is my hope and aspiration to collaborate with you. I intend to provide a brave space that fosters a supportive and welcoming environment to empower you to share experiences, thoughts, and emotions. Leading with empathy, affirmation, and earnest listening is my top priority with every client.
