You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Maybe you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the people around you. Maybe you're navigating a major life change, struggling with self-doubt, or trying to make sense of who you are and what you want. Whatever you're facing, you deserve a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with people who want to build stronger relationships—with themselves and with others. Whether you're struggling with communication, self-esteem, identity, or past experiences that still weigh on you, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and find real, practical ways to move forward. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about gaining clarity, strengthening your confidence, and creating the life and relationships you want. My approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. I believe in meeting you where you are, helping you feel seen and understood, and giving you the tools to navigate life’s challenges with more ease. If any of this resonates with you, I’d love to connect. You don’t have to do this alone.
