About Holly | She/her

Holly is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been practicing in Colorado since 2017. She has a Masters in Counseling from the Univerisity of Colorado Denver and is a Certified EMDR Therapist. Holly has worked in many different settings including a college counseling center, an integrated primary care facility, community based family services, a middle school, and two group practices. This varied experience has helped her clarify what types of clients she tends to click with and the mental health issues she is most skilled at treating. After opening her private practice in 2023 Holly was able to narrow down her focus of treatment so that both she and her clients thrive in the therapy room. Now Holly specializes in helping overwhelmed women who struggle with anxiety and their self-worth find relief, compassion, and confidence. When you work with Holly, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and knows the steps to help you break free.

Message to clients

Hey, I'm Holly. I’m your classic eldest daughter and recovering overthinker. I say recovering because I’ve learned how to manage it (for the most part) and am at a place where I can joke about it as a way to pivot my thinking. I’m proudly born and raised in Colorado and love to talk about shows I’ve seen at Red Rocks (Sara Bareilles was a bucket list one for me). I may have the only dog in Denver who doesn’t like to hang at breweries. I help overwhelmed women just like you: ones who have what it takes to get un-stuck and just need a guide to help find their way through. Being stuck isn't your fault. Many of today’s solutions for anxiety, overwhelm, and self-worth are superficial, and the relief doesn't last - because your problems were never superficial. Deep-seated problems require depth-oriented solutions. Let's find what's stuck that's causing the yuck - because it's going to take more than the perfect skin care routine and overpriced supplements to get the relief you’re looking for. I help my clients find compassion for and trust in themselves by equipping them with the tools they need to understand how their past experiences are manifesting today.
