My approach is holistic. I believe it is important to acknowledge the whole person, rather than simply a diagnosis and list of symptoms. Using psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness techniques, I collaborate with you to develop sustainable skills to approach life’s challenges. I am also trained in EMDR, to support with processing trauma or past experiences that continue to leave an imprint on the present.
