Message to clients

Building a rapport is the most important aspect of the therapeutic connection between therapist and patient. I will meet you where you are at. I use a comprehensive approach that may incorporate various therapy modalities depending on the needs of the session. Each session may be different and tailored to YOU! In your first session, we will explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress and adjust the therapy approach as needed and as goals are met! If you are unsure of therapy, we will explore it together and I will assist you on your therapeutic journey!
