Jenny is a perinatal and fertility therapist based in Marin, Ca. Jenny specializes in working with women and couples struggling through the familihood transition. She is a Perinatal Mental Health Certified clinician who is passionate about supporting her clients through the unspoken struggles of fertility, grieving a loss, or the emotional rollercoaster of pregnancy and early parenthood. Jenny also specializes in supporting individuals and couples managing new or existing ADHD diagnosis. Jenny works to empower clients to understand and overcome obstacles related to ADHD and also harness the unique superpowers that often accompany ADHD, such as creativity, tenacity, and enthusiasm. Jenny’s approach to therapy is integrative and client focused, while drawing heavily from Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Jenny believes strongly that therapy should be a place where clients feel seen and validated.
Hi! I’m Jenny, and I help individuals and couples like you: ones that have it within them to put themselves back in the driver seat, but just need the support to get there. I help my clients find peace and acceptance by equipping them with the tools they need to give voice to their experience, while building their community of support. Many of today's solutions for couples and individuals struggling with the familihood transition emphasize self care and minimizing stress, leading many to feel diminished and inadequate. I know that your circumstances are unique, and until you give voice to your anxiety and grief, they will continue to derail your sense of well-being and your relationships. In our work together, we will first create a space to examine your experiences and feelings without the shame and judgment that so many feel during this time from family, friends and the greater community. Then, we look at your beliefs and systems that are keeping you feeling stuck. Through our work together, you’ll develop the tools you need to be who you want to be for yourself and in your relationships.
