About Jesse | He/him

Jesse is a licensed master social worker with specialties in both clinical and macro work. He specializes in working with professionals with ADHD and late-diagnosed autism. Jesse grew up with undiagnosed ADHD until adulthood and has made it mission to better understand ADHD and how to do more than just cope with symptoms. Jesse has training in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Healing from the Body Level Up (HBLU), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy.

Message to clients

Hi there! My favorite clients are often notoriously curious people who feel perpetually out-of-sync with the world around them. They charm others with their insight and levity, and save the biting criticisms for themselves. They often end up feeling like anxious imposters, waiting to be exposed. I enjoy collaborating with clients who are committed to finding meaning and contentment in their life – even when it feels like an impossibility. I specialize in supporting people who are working through integration of ADHD, late-diagnosed autism, anxiety, depression, and men’s issues. I value hospitality as an invitation for people to belong, authenticity in listening and communication, and creativity as a means of discovering new solutions. I excel at helping people stand tall against their inner critic and begin living a more confident and self-assured life.
