Jonathan chose to become a psychotherapist to help individuals navigate their emotional challenges and find healing. His passion for understanding human behavior and supporting personal growth and well-being drives him. Witnessing clients transform and reclaim their lives is profoundly fulfilling. He has always loved and cared for people. He works collaboratively with individuals to achieve their goals while showing empathy and using his good listening skills. He can create a safe, non-judgmental space, allowing clients to explore their inner worlds openly. Sessions sometimes include both laughter and tears. He is committed to ongoing learning and adapting strategies to ensure client-centered, compassionate care. He uses a variety of psychological approaches including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Spiritual Therapy in treatment. He has a Master of Arts in Theology (Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy) and Master of Divinity (Intercultural Studies).

Message to clients

Does anxiety affect you? Are you dealing with constant worry, feelings of depression and despair, or intrusive and obsessive thoughts? Have you noticed a lack of motivation, trouble sleeping, fatigue, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of isolation? Is your life overwhelmed with stress? The focus here is on addressing anxiety and depression. Together, we can develop coping strategies, set boundaries, manage emotions, cultivate healthy thought patterns, and prioritize self-care to achieve a balanced and holistic lifestyle. You can schedule a meet and greet session for $50. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, with weekend appointments also offered .
