Jordana del Feld is primarily a relational therapist. She got her Master’s in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She also brings various creative lenses to her practice, and studied Expressive Arts Therapy at the Center for Creative Arts Therapy in Chicago. She values the therapeutic power of the unconscious and the imagination, and is certified in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy. She helps clients develop mindful tools for sustainable living, and is certified in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. Her somatic therapy is informed by being a California-licensed massage therapist and bodyworker for fourteen years, and a registered yoga teacher. She also studied Asian philosophy at Columbia University, and therapeutic landscape design at the University of Washington, and has a Master’s from New York University. She is a dancer, musician, artist, writer, mother, and philosopher, who loves working with people who don’t fit neatly into boxes. In a life of conflict, we crave peace. In a world of alienation, we yearn for love. And in an era of disconnect, we long for understanding. So let's make that happen. Maybe you celebrate your truth...but feel "different" because of it. Maybe you’re a pioneer...but old maps are holding you back. Maybe you want to live out loud...but feel overwhelmed. Maybe you know you're needed...but also feel lost. If you are ready to say yes to your quest, I'm here to support you. I use our safe, trustworthy therapeutic relationship to help you align your inner power with your outer quest. We explore your journey with compassion, curiosity, tenderness, and playfulness. We walk together, every step of the way, straight into this fascinating new adventure that is your life. And with every step you reconnect with the power that was always yours all along. Together we journey into a life that is aligned and authentic for you. A life that is peaceful and sustainable. And most of all, a life that is your best life yet. For you've had the power within you all along.

Jordana is a caring, creative, innovative, and passionate therapist who thinks outside the therapeutic box. If you want a therapist who is client centered, adaptable, and who possesses a wealth of lived experience to draw from, Jordana would be a great choice.
Jordana's unique style of therapy provides the right balance of wit, metaphor, and depth. Her training in somatics and bodywork makes her best suited to work with those comfortable turning toward the body for a sense of knowing. Jordana's lived experiences as a mother, partner, artist, and caregiver (just to name a few) make her well-adaptable to accompany clients through many of life's ups and downs. Jordana is not afraid to challenge perspectives and narratives in the service of her client's goals and growth. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their therapist!
Jordana is a compassionate and caring therapist. She is attuned to her clients and meets them where they are at, holding space for each individual's journey to be uniquely their own. Jordana's depth of education and training is evident through her exceptional skills and personalized care.
