Message to clients

I became interested in treating this issue because I engaged in excessive gaming for almost 30 years of my life, and realized how it had hindered me, and my relationships. Families may be dealing with online addiction and not understand the effect it is having on their family. The depression, anger, isolation, and realization that I was going nowhere had always sat with me, but I didn't know what to do about it. But, I don't want others to feel that there is no way out. I've has been sober from gaming since 2022, and never looked back. In an ever increasing digital world, I love helping people get back to living their life, be it couples, families, or individuals. It's never to late to start living again!

Peer review

Josh Garth is an absolutely exceptional clinician. As a fellow therapist who has had the pleasure to work alongside Josh for years, Josh was always the first person I would turn to for advice with any case I needed help on. Not only have I referred clients to Josh, but he would be the first person I'd refer to if anyone in my family needed help.
