Message to clients

Do you find yourself paralyzed by the need to have every detail perfectly planned before taking action? Do you feel like other people seem to navigate life easily while you're stuck in the cycle of worry and uncertainty? You are not alone and life doesn’t have to be this way. Together, we can help you develop the confidence to trust your intuition, make decisions with clarity, and embrace life's uncertainties. I’m here to help you stop worrying, learn to trust yourself again, and get back to living the life you’ve always wanted. I provide anxiety and trauma therapy using a holistic approach. I believe each person is unique and your treatment should be also. We will look at all aspects of your life: body, mind, and spirit. My clients walk away from therapy feeling seen, understood, and lighter. Together we will make a path forward to help you heal and get back to living. Life can be good again. Joy is an outstanding counselor and a tremendous human being. I have supervised 55 aspiring LPC’s and Joy is among the best in every way. Joy is warm, caring, professional, and thorough. Joy is highly skilled as a therapist and is especially skilled in trauma, being EMDR certified. I would highly recommend Joy for any age client or presenting issue.
