I am passionate about integrating all parts of one's life including cultural influences, racial identities, family dynamics, interests, and aspirations. Whether it is working through past traumas or learning strategies to cope with life's challenges, I support individuals who are hoping to gain enhanced self-awareness by truly getting to the roots of their challenges. I aim to help individuals piece together the puzzle of their past, present, and future. This process involves uncovering pathways towards greater fulfillment, confidence, joy, and clarity while removing the shame that is so often a barrier in one's healing. Along the way, sessions may involve developing practical skills to cope with life's challenges in healthier ways. I believe in offering kindness to those struggling to find the kind voices within themselves. You don't have to carry everything alone. I would love to be a part of your journey!
