Message to clients
Hello Dear One! While I may not yet know your journey, I’m glad we are crossing paths. Healing is not meant to be done alone. You deserve an understanding companion who will help you to navigate the challenges of being an awake and aware human in this time of both preciousness and precarity. On a personal level, you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, mood issues, and grief, in response to life transitions, loss, trauma, or other stressors. As a part of a world community, you know the unraveling is at our door: climate change and environmental loss, wars, and rampant inequality abound. In exploring these personal and collective challenges, we will tap into the wells of knowledge, tools, and wisdom of Earth and your quiet inner knowing. Blending a warm, person-centered, and gently challenging approach, I will tailor our sessions to fit your needs. We may engage in mindfulness practices to root into the present moment and the mind-body connection, explore attachment relationships as related to current patterns, or strengthen a reciprocal relationship with nature through in-office and outdoor Earth connection practices. Together, we will help you to re-member your innate value and wisdom as a human BEing, and as part of the larger ecosystem to which we all belong.
