Therapy can be scary. We often think of it negatively. I hope to change that mindset. Therapy is a relationship and a conversation. I hold this space and time sacred for you. Its a safe space to process emotions, purge thoughts and gain new perspective, learn skills and be supported. I listen and we come up with an action plan that you are comfortable and excited to work on. Being a healthy functioning adult is about knowing who you are and what you need! And then being able to communicate that to others. I specialize in trauma, grief, and healthy relationships. To be healthy we first must care for ourselves. That is my goal for you and I am excited to be a part of your journey.
