Hi, my name is Kathryn and I am pleased you've found my site. I work often with couples who are struggling with relationship issues like unresolved conflict or communication struggles. I help others struggling with porn/sex addiction learn to obtain sobriety and improve their relationship with their partner and their self. Additionally, I help couples overcome the pain of betrayal trauma after the discovery of an affair or infidelity in the relationship. Coming from a person-centered yet trauma-focused lens, my clients enjoy working with someone who sees not only the issue at hand but also the person behind the concern looking to reconnect themselves, their partners, and their lives.

Not only have I referred several people to Katie because I trust in her and believe in her skills as a therapist, but I also seek out her wisdom and understanding as a clinician myself when I am looking for another perspective on the human experience that I trust. Katie makes learning a priority in her practice and has humility in how she grows in understanding and clinical ability - making her feel safe and reliable.
Our clients describe Katie as welcoming, empathetic, and insightful. She will help you navigate through the surface-level conflicts to uncover the root of your emotional and relational distress. You will be motivated as Katie guides you on your path to mental and emotional healing.
Katie is phenomenal at her work and truly cares about her clients. She is hardworking and treats each case unique specific to that client. Katie additionally takes time to really understand and work with her client’s situations.
