She is currently certified in TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused CBT), PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) and has extensive experience utilizing ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy). Kelly actively advocates for the individuals she works with to practice self-care to enhance their sense of overall wellness. To practice her own self-care, Kelly enjoys reading, jogging, spending time with her family, and playing with her dog.
