Effective therapy goes beyond finding a therapist with the right training; you also need to find the right connection. I offer my clients a unique energetic attunement (even through teletherapy)! As our therapeutic relationship grows, you may find that I can sense feelings you are having in your body or deeper emotions you are experiencing without you even saying a word. Utilizing a combination of techniques, we will tailor a plan specifically to you. We will check in along the way to make sure you feel comfortable and that we are meeting your needs. After all, YOU are the expert on your life. I am a guide to help you dig a little deeper, stay motivated, and make the change you have been yearning to experience!
