Kerianne Stephan is a queer mixed-race Asian-American who received their undergraduate psychology degree abroad at the University of Edinburgh and their master's degree from The Family Institute at Northwestern University. From living in a multitude of different cultural environments, Kerianne has seen how conscious and unconscious values, beliefs, and behaviors can greatly impact the perception and resolution of problems. They are most fulfilled by working with individuals, relationships, and families to open dialogues to unburden some of these internal and external challenges. Kerianne utilizes an integrative systemic therapeutic lens to apply practices and skills that will work best for you. She may often apply methods from parts work (IFS), narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

Kerianne is intelligent, ethically- minded, and thorough. She approaches therapy with a great mix of warmth and humor.
Kerianne Stephan is one of the most talented, ethical, and compassionate therapists I’ve ever met. She maintains a culturally humble lens that makes people feel heard and seen. While maintaining abundant compassion, she gently challenges her clients to meet their goals with her holistic therapy approach, tailored to each individual/couple’s needs.
Kerianne is an incredibly thoughtful therapist. Her work is empirically supported and client focused. The amount of care she provides proves this is more than just a 'job' to her.
