Kristen is a great therapist who is both warm and direct. She's great at providing context and clarity and also creates an understanding space for self-discovery.
Kristen is a very kind and thoughtful human. She cares a lot about her clients and her clinical work. As she is very knowledgeable and intelligent, I imagine that she provides detailed psychoeducation for those that she works with, helping her clients understand the why of what is going on. I know she is often putting time and effort into growing as a person and a clinician, which I believe is a great attribute in a solid therapist.
