About Lea | She/her

Lea is a caring and competent psychotherapist who has developed an effective approach to therapy. She integrates talk therapy with gentle bodywork (somatic therapy) and neuroscience to achieve deep healing. Her clients tend to be individuals ready to heal or gain clarity who seek more than just talk therapy and desire practical tools to achieve their goals. Whether someone needs help with trauma processing, relationships, anxiety, financial stress, loneliness, family issues, chronic stress, fertility issues, involuntary childlessness, or war/immigration hardships, Lea is here to assist. Together, Lea and her clients navigate this path, and she uplifts and supports them every step of their journey. Her clients often leave sessions feeling lighter and better. Lea co-creates therapy goals with her clients, regularly reassesses progress, and celebrates every single win. She believes in their power to heal and thrive in life. Lea's diverse background includes working as a high school teacher, supporting special needs students, and experience in the corporate world in finance, sales and consulting. One of the unique aspects of Lea's practice is offering in-person dog-assisted psychotherapy, along with online therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families. She is trained in the Flash Technique, a neuroscience-based approach that helps process traumatic memories quickly and gently. She is also trained in Gottmans' level I and II and Emotionally Focused therapy used for couples counselling. In her personal life, Lea leads an active and healthy lifestyle, enjoying hiking and spending time with her family and friends. In your therapeutic journey with her, you will find a safe, non-judgmental space where you can express yourself freely. She is here to support you on your path to healing and help you reclaim your peace and joy in life.
