You look confident on the outside while feeling inadequate on the inside. You’re the person people turn to for help and support, but when things finally quiet down, your mind gets loud—replaying conversations, worrying about what others think, and wondering why you still don’t feel “good enough,” no matter how hard you try.
In therapy with me, you don’t have to keep holding it all together. This is a space where you can be honest about how anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck you feel without being judged. Together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s going on beneath the surface, and understand how your history and relationships shape the patterns you’re in now.
My style is warm, straightforward, and active. I won’t just nod and say “uh-huh”—I’ll offer observations, tools, and gentle challenges so you can start responding differently to your thoughts, your feelings, and the people in your life. Over time, we’ll work toward you feeling more grounded and secure, so your inner experience can finally match how capable you already appear to everyone else.
