Lilly Gibson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She works with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and those who are a part of a blended family (including stepmoms and stepchildren). Lilly helps individuals navigate uncertainty and worry in their lives to help clarify their values and goals and live more congruently and centered to what is important to you. She enjoys collaborating with each individual client to identify your needs and intentions in therapy to create a safe environment to work together.
Welcome! Finding a therapist can sometimes feel like a daunting process. Chances are, if you are reading this, you feel stuck or are at a place where you would like your circumstances and how you respond to them to change. I am so glad that you found me. Together, we can work on improving how you understand yourself, how you relate to those around you, and how you respond to the situations you are in.
