Message to clients

Life can be tough sometimes! It can be incredibly difficult to balance being your own individual self, let alone a partner, a parent, a friend, a sibling, a co-worker- the list goes on and on and on….. There are many different factors that can impact how a person may think, feel, and respond to their current life stressors, those around them, and even themselves- no matter the age! I approach treatment with a warm, playfully interactive, yet direct disposition! I strive to help my clients identify root causes of their presenting concerns and I work collaboratively with them and their identified supports to navigate alternative pathways that can them lead them to safe, adaptive, and desired outcomes.

Peer review

Lindsay is by the far hardest working therapist out there. She is passionate about her work, and clients will rave about her services. She truly helps those she treats by providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for the client to be heard, seen and challenged in leading to their growth and healing.
