Life can be tough sometimes! It can be incredibly difficult to balance being your own individual self, let alone a partner, a parent, a friend, a sibling, a co-worker- the list goes on and on and on….. There are many different factors that can impact how a person may think, feel, and respond to their current life stressors, those around them, and even themselves- no matter the age! I approach treatment with a warm, playfully interactive, yet direct disposition! I strive to help my clients identify root causes of their presenting concerns and I work collaboratively with them and their identified supports to navigate alternative pathways that can them lead them to safe, adaptive, and desired outcomes.
