Message to clients
If you've landed here, something brought you, and I don't think it was an accident. Maybe you've been carrying something heavy for a long time. Maybe you're exhausted from holding it together, from people-pleasing, from relationships that keep playing out the same way no matter how hard you try. Maybe you know something happened, but you're not sure how much it's still running the show. That's exactly the kind of work I do. I'm Loran, a trauma therapist and Certified EMDR therapist based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship patterns, and addiction. I work primarily with women who are done white-knuckling their way through life and ready for something to actually shift. My approach is warm and direct. I'm not going to nod at you for fifty minutes and send you home with a worksheet. We're going to get into it, at a pace that feels safe, and do the kind of deep, real work that creates lasting change. If you're local to Scottsdale, I'd love to meet you in person. If you're anywhere else in Arizona, virtual therapy means support is still within reach. I also offer EMDR Intensives for clients who are ready to go deeper, faster. You don't have to keep carrying this alone. Reach out today; I'd love to hear from you!
