About Megan | She/her

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with a background in anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, and general wellbeing. She believes that people are not their problems, and when we look at problems as separate from people we can reduce shame and foster personal agency. Megan uses a mix of narrative therapy, Exposure & Response Prevention, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to help young adults who are struggling to solve their problems.

Message to clients

Welcome! I'm looking forward to hearing how I can help you, and sharing my approach with you. I believe that problems like anxiety, OCD, and trauma tend to silence us and separate us from our 'sense of self' - you can re-connect with yourself and your hopes, dreams, values, intentions, and beliefs, and I can help.
