I specialize in helping adult individuals heal from narcissistic abuse, complex relationship trauma, and emotional manipulation. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and tailored to help you rebuild your identity, regain emotional safety, and reconnect with your inner strength. I’m formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and integrate mindfulness, nervous system regulation, boundary-setting, and inner child work into sessions. In addition to weekly therapy, I offer therapy intensives for clients who are ready to dive deeper into healing with more focused, accelerated support. I offer virtual therapy exclusively to residents of California, creating a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard and truly understood. My goal is to provide a validating and nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered and supported every step of the way.
