Message to clients
Hi, I’m really glad you’re here.
I know how overwhelming it can feel to look for a therapist—especially when you’re carrying pain that’s hard to name. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity shifts, burnout, or feeling stuck, I want you to know you don’t have to hold it all alone.
Therapy with me is relational, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. As a trauma-informed, culturally attuned therapist, I hold space with humility and care. I understand how culture, systems, and intergenerational experiences shape our mental health—and I offer a space where you don’t need to shrink, explain everything, or mask parts of yourself to be met with understanding.
My approach blends talk therapy, mindfulness, and expressive arts. You don’t have to be “artistic” for art therapy to be meaningful—just open to exploring your story in new ways. Together, we’ll create space for your voice, your body, your truth.
I especially love supporting BIPOC clients, creatives, emerging adults, and those with marginalized identities or lived experiences that have often been overlooked or misunderstood.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re too much or not enough—this is a space where all parts of you are welcome, and where you’re reminded that you deserve care that honors all of you.
Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about coming home to yourself. If you're seeking a space to unpack what’s heavy, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward healing and wholeness, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Let’s begin, when you’re ready.
