About Ornella | She/her

You can heal the rejection, sadness, panic attacks, negative thoughts, intimacy issues, don't just survive. I help clients truly heal from life or marital crisis, overwhelming sadness, generational trauma, panic attacks, self-defeating thoughts, intimacy issues, anxiety, stress, anger and grief. My expertise is in emotional release therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, clinically supporting and empowering you to finally release the painful emotions and agonizing thoughts that has been consuming your peace. You will begin to love yourself, "Feel Understood", and adopt the skills to support healthy relationships, restoring you to a healthier sense of self. My style is evidence-based, down-to-earth, client centered and solution-focused with a mixed treatment approach. For couples, I am passionate about helping you resolve the power struggle "to be heard" that happens in relationships, helping you see that the past can influence how you both show up to each other. We build mutual understanding, conflict resolution and communication skills, and address the areas causing disunity, sometimes that means generational trauma.
