About
Robin Arnett, LCSW, is a trauma-focused therapist with an expertise in integrating EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. She is licensed in Oregon and Colorado, and sees clients in a virtual setting. Robin holds two Masters’ degrees from Columbia University, and has over 10 years of experience working with clients in diverse settings, including community mental health, private practice, and public education.
Robin specializes in serving women who consider themselves to be highly-sensitive persons. As a social worker, she references societal influences like capitalism, political movements, and the patriarchy to help clients understand how these forces shape our lives. Robin is also a certified reiki master, and brings spirituality into the therapeutic space without a focus on a specific religion.
Robin sees clients for traditional individual therapy, but also offers intensive day-long EMDR sessions, intensive individual healing retreats, and support groups around boundary setting. She developed an asynchronous online course on empowered boundary-setting for women, and she leads live workshops on boundary setting and connecting to intuition. In addition to EMDR and IFS, Robin also offers ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for groups and individuals in both virtual and retreat settings.
Robin is an Approved Clinical Supervisor, an EMDR Approved Consultant, and has completed the Level 1 Internal Family Systems training through the IFS Institute.
