She earned her master's degree from the University of Michigan and her doctorate from the University of Southern California. In 2018, Dr. Zuniga founded Postpartum Wellness, a specialized practice dedicated to supporting new and expecting mothers through the unique challenges of postpartum life. Her expertise includes perinatal mental health, postpartum adjustment, and maternal wellness, and she is deeply committed to providing compassionate, research-driven care that empowers mothers and families. Dr. Zuniga's approach is holistic, tailored, and focused on helping clients find balance and resilience during one of life's most transformative phases.
Moved to make a greater impact, I established Postpartum Wellness, a group practice dedicated to maternal mental health, offering compassionate specialized therapy for individuals and couples navigating the highs and lows of parenthood.
